Office Manager

Job Description: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office while supervising the Front Desk team to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient administrative processes, and a professional office environment. This position coordinates office operations, supports company departments, manages administrative staff, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers, tenants, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate Front Desk personnel while ensuring
    outstanding customer service and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, phones, emails,
    visitors, office organization, meeting coordination, and administrative support.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, tenants, flight crews, vendors, and internal departments by coordinating requests and resolving customer concerns professionally.
  • Manage office supplies, uniforms, administrative inventory, office equipment, and facility needs to ensure a clean, organized, and fully operational workplace.
  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders, administrative reporting, recordkeeping, vendor communications, and other office documentation.
  • Maintain company records, administrative procedures, and office policies while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain office staff results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining
    employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Support executive management by performing administrative duties and other assignments as needed.
  • Oversee petty cash funds

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of Five (5) years of office administration experience, including
    supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
  • Able to pass a federal background check

Working Conditions: Able to sit at a computer, occasionally work outside
